Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Notice:
- Contact form inquiries: up to 24 months from the date of last contact.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Calendly booking data: governed by Calendly's retention policy.
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default, configured by ClausePoint).

International Data Transfers
ClausePoint is incorporated in Delaware, USA. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
For transfers of personal data from the EEA or UK to countries not deemed adequate by the European Commission, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the applicable transfer mechanism. For transfers from Argentina, we comply with the requirements of Law No. 25,326 (Personal Data Protection Act) and applicable regulations.

Brazilian residents have rights equivalent to those described in Section 9 above and may contact the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados) to file complaints.

Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed exclusively at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
