How is this different from hiring a law firm? +
We're a Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) boutique, not a law firm — so we don't provide formal legal advice or represent you in court. What we do provide is the practical contract work most companies actually need: drafting, review, redlines, and negotiation support, at fixed fees that are typically 60% below traditional law firm rates.
What's the difference between Standard and Complex? +
Standard covers shorter contracts with predictable structures — NDAs, amendments, SOWs, order forms. Complex covers longer, multi-clause agreements with more negotiation surface area — MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, DPAs, and RFPs. If you're not sure which tier applies, send us the document and we'll confirm before quoting.
Can you review contracts under non-US law? +
Yes. We routinely review contracts governed by US, UK, EU, and Latin American law. For specialized jurisdictions, we'll confirm fit before quoting — and we'll be upfront if a specific contract falls outside our scope.
What if I need it faster than 24 hours? +
